We duplicate CDs and DVDs on high quality media with extremely fast turnaround
times. In many cases we have received a master CD by FedEx, label art by e-mail,
duplicated 150 CDs with color labels and done a Billboard mailing within 24
hours.
For labeling we can use your Surething Labeler Deluxe .std file, a properly
sized 300 dpi JPEG, or do a simple layout for you. Please e-mail us at

of our label art. Please note – label art may contain color but must have a
majority white background.
We’ll do runs as small as 25 pieces.
We do require an intellectual property release form for ALL duplication. The
form states that you are the copyright owner and any samples have been licensed
etc. Please contact us for a copy of the form.

DSW Inserts Options

- 8 ½ X 11 sheets quarter folded (for single mailers only)
- Or use any insert provide by the client. (Must be smaller than 4 ¾ X 4 ¾ for
insertion in the CD sleeve or an 8 ½ X 11 quarter folded for insertion in a CD
mailer.

Mailouts and Distribution
We routinely ship to the DJ Times and FMQB reporting record pools, Billboard
Club Play reporting DJ panel or any custom list that our clients provide. All we
need are the addresses in Excel format and we’ll take care of the rest.
For individual mailers we use high quality, white cardboard mailers with printed
labels. At the clients request we can do custom return address labels with color
logo so that the package mails from our facility but carries the companies
return address. We will gladly direct ship copies to Perfect Beat or any other
retailer that the client designates.
