Thank you for accessing our online chart reporting system.

IMPORTANT: You must enter and submit your chart in whole in 20 minutes or less, or your session may expire, and your entries will be lost. Therefore, we strongly suggest entering your chart in a single sitting (do not leave your computer until your chart is finished and submitted).

HINTS:

  1. To help make data entry easier, the artists and song titles which DDK has recently serviced to you are provided via "auto lookup." After entering 2 or 3 letters of an artist or song title, a list is provided (where applicable) showing matching artists or matching song titles. To pick one, just select with your mouse, and click.

  2. You can use your Tab key to move forward to the next field (instead of your mouse). Use Shift+Tab to move backward.
